Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.


Shipping Partner

We ship all orders using PostaPlus, a trusted regional courier operating across the UAE and GCC countries.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United Arab Emirates

  • Saudi Arabia

  • Kuwait

  • Qatar

  • Bahrain

  • Oman


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Total shipment weight

All shipping rates displayed at checkout already include courier fuel surcharge and applicable government levy.

Shipping charges do not include destination customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT, if applicable.


Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)

  • UAE: 1–2 business days

  • GCC Countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (GCC Orders)

For shipments outside the UAE:

  • Customs duties, destination VAT, or clearance charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the shipment being returned or abandoned.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations.

Please note:

  • Full payment must be made at the time of delivery.

  • The courier may contact you prior to delivery for confirmation.

  • Orders that are refused or cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability may incur return shipping charges.


Return to Origin (RTO)

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Incorrect address or contact details

  • Customer unavailability

  • Non-payment of customs or COD amount

Then:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from any refund or charged separately


Shipment Weight & Volumetric Policy

Shipping charges are calculated based on the higher of actual weight or volumetric weight, as per courier standards.

Volumetric weight is calculated using:


Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 5000

To ensure accurate shipping charges, we recommend keeping order quantities reasonable.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct delivery address

  • Active contact number

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


Tracking & Delivery Attempts

  • Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched.

  • Couriers may make multiple delivery attempts depending on the destination.

  • Failure to respond to courier communication may result in return of the shipment.


Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier operational issues beyond our control
