Refund & Return Policy

Overview

At FDEIT, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. By placing an order on https://fdeit.ae/, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The product includes original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts

  • Personal care or hygiene-sensitive items once opened

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Items returned due to customer preference (size, color, style) for international/GCC orders unless defective


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Securely pack the item and send it back using the approved courier method

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.


Return Shipping Charges

  • UAE orders: Return shipping may be covered for verified defects

  • GCC / International orders: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refused or undeliverable shipments are treated as Return to Origin (RTO)

  • Original shipping and return shipping charges may be deducted from any refund or charged separately

  • COD service fees are non-refundable


Customs, Duties & Clearance (GCC Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UAE:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, destination VAT, or clearance charges are non-refundable

  • If a shipment is returned due to non-payment of customs charges, no refund will be issued for shipping costs


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping, COD, customs, and return charges are non-refundable


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and are handled as follows:

  • UAE orders: Exchange may be arranged for eligible items

  • GCC orders: Exchanges are not guaranteed due to international shipping costs; a return and re-order may be required


Volumetric & Weight Considerations

Shipping charges are calculated based on the greater of actual or volumetric weight, as per courier standards. Differences in packaging weight do not qualify for refund or dispute.


Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:

  • The order will be returned to origin

  • Shipping and return charges will be deducted from any refund

  • No refund will be issued if the product cannot be recovered


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.


Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject repeated or suspicious return requests

  • Limit or block accounts involved in policy misuse
