Pricing & Payments

All prices on https://fdeit.ae/ are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless stated otherwise.

  • Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing, system errors, or suspected misuse

Accepted payment methods include prepaid payment options and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where Cash on Delivery is available:

  • Full payment must be made at the time of delivery

  • The courier may contact you prior to delivery for confirmation

  • Refused or failed COD deliveries may result in return shipping charges, which may be deducted from any refund or charged separately

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners, including PostaPlus.

Shipping charges:

  • Are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipment weight

  • Include applicable fuel surcharges and government levies

  • Do not include destination customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT (if applicable)

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International & GCC Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UAE:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, destination VAT, or clearance charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees

  • Failure to pay customs charges may result in shipment delay, return, or abandonment

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases

Return to Origin (RTO)

An order may be returned to origin due to:

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete address or contact details

  • Customer unavailability

  • Non-payment of COD or customs charges

In such cases:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from any refund or charged separately

Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which must be reviewed in conjunction with these Terms of Service.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Pricing or inventory errors

User Conduct
